Adapun bila belum tamyiz maka tidak mengapa.<\/p>\n<p>Pembicaraan ditujukan kepada anak kecil yang sudah tamyiz. Karena di sisi kita ada anak kecil yang sudah tamyiz, ada anak kecil yang belum tamyiz, dan juga anak kecil yang hampir baligh (marahiq). Semuanya dikatakan anak kecil (shabiy). Jadi, di sisi kita ada baligh, ini mukallaf, kemudian marahiq (mendekati baligh), kemudian anak kecil yang tamyiz, dan setelahnya anak kecil yang belum tamyiz. Apabila sudah tamyiz, maka wajib diperintahkan bersuci. Karena shalat harus ada yang namanya thaharah (bersuci), maka ia harus dilatih dari sekarang.
