Bagaimana hukum akad nikah yang dulu dilakukan?<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Jawaban<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Yang harus dilakukan adalah memperbaharui akad nikah.\u00a0Dikarenakan akad nikah dari seorang pria atau wanita kafir itu tidak sah. Sebagaimana menurut pendapat yang benar dari para ulama\u00a0 bahwasannya seorang yang meninggalkan shalat dihukumi kafir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Maka harus memperbaharui akad nikahnya.
